Wisconsin Dells is known mainly for its high concentration of waterparks! In the wintertime, there are plenty of Indoor Waterparks to take advantage of. In the Summertime, dozens more open up and offer great outdoor fun for everyone! This summer, beat the heat at these Wisconsin Dells Summer Waterparks!
1) Noah’s Ark Waterpark
Known as America’s Largest Waterpark, Noah’s Ark Waterpark offers 70 outdoor acres of rides, slides, attractions, great food, and fun! From 2 large wave pools, to themed slides, raft rides, lazy rivers, and kiddie play areas, Noah’s Ark Waterpark is great for families!
2) Kalahari Resorts
Zambezi Outdoor Waterpark at Kalahari Resort hosts many great towering slides, a lazy river, Splashdown Safari multi-level tree fort, and their newest slide “The Smoke That Thunders”. Grab lunch or beverages at their outdoor grill, and then relax in the whirlpool before heading back on Extreme Rush, the racing slides! If you stay at Kalahari Resort, admission to their waterpark is free. Otherwise, day passes are available.
3) Wilderness Hotel & Golf Resort
At the Wilderness Hotel & Golf Resort, there are 3 outdoor waterparks to enjoy, exclusively for their guests! The New Frontier Waterpark is 95,000 square feet of pools, slides, lazy rivers, and a zero-depth area for the kiddos. Lake Wilderness Waterpark includes 40,000 square feet of fun, with 13,000 square feet of it taken up by a “lazy lake” pool complete with body and tube slides. The Lost World Waterpark spans 3.2 acres and is where you can find the Lunar Loop and Cosmic Drop thrill slides as well as raging rapids, hot spas, and much more. If you get too warm, head inside to Margarita’s Swim-Up Bar inside the Wild WaterDome.
4) Chula Vista Resort
Chula Vista Resort Outdoor Waterpark includes a wave pool, adventure lagoon, sports pool, and even a beach to splash around in! Their kiddie pool is perfect for the little ones. It’s only 6 inches deep if winding river with geysers and sprockets to keep the kiddies entertained all day long!
5) Great Wolf Lodge
Raccoon Lagoon Outdoor Waterpark at Great Wolf Lodge includes interactive water fountains, two gigantic tube slides, water basketball, kiddie slides, and a zero-depth entry paradise with a four-foot deep end. Be sure to rent a cabana so that your items are in a private and reserved spot all day!
6) Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park
Neptune’s Outdoor Waterpark at Mt. Olympus Resort offers dozens of different water activities for all ages. Enjoy floating on the endless river, exploring the Lost City of Atlantis, the Great Pool of Delphi, and the 9ft waves at Poseidon’s Rage Wave Pool! There are tube slides, body slides, and plenty of food outlets to enjoy while soaking up the sun.
