Ahhhhh, it’s time to relax and unwind! That’s what a visit to Wisconsin Dells is all about! Known as being a year-round destination, Wisconsin Dells is particularly famous for their Indoor Waterparks. One of my favorite waterpark activities is spending time floating down the Lazy River and forgetting all of my stresses! If you’d like to warm up in this chilly weather with a relaxing journey down river on an inner tube, be sure to visit these Dells Waterparks:
As a guest of the Wilderness Hotel & Golf Resort, the lazy river within the Klondike Kavern Waterpark is for the adventurer of the family. Grab a tube and follow the river among the whole perimeter of the waterpark. Glance around at the coal-mine themed kids play area in the middle of the waterpark. I usually float around until I get to the indoor/outdoor hot tub, and then relax a bit before getting back in!
The Mayan Raging River at Mt. Olympus Water Park & Theme Park Resort is sure to get you in a relaxed state. This endless river is filled with tropical flora, Mayan masks, ruins, and artifacts. This river is a voyage to remember!
Lay back, and flow through the gentle currents of the Rio Rapids Action River at Chula Vista Resort. Pass by calm waterfalls on this never-ending tropical river. All ages are welcome to experience the Rio Rapids!
At Great Wolf Lodge, the Crooked Creek lazy river is gentle as can be. This 132,000 gallon river carries you away as you float around the waterpark in the constant 84 degree comfort.
Lay across your tube among 920 feet of adventure as you glide down the lazy river at Kalahari Resort. Pass by waterfalls and African artifacts, all while circling 125,000 square feet of their indoor waterpark!
Welcome to the jungle! Well, at least you’ll feel like you’ve entered the jungle when you take a dip on the lazy river at Polynesian Resort Hotel. Known for being the first indoor waterpark in the U.S., Polynesian opened its doors back in 1994 and has been entertaining families since!
