9) Winery Tasting
Located Approximately 10 miles north of Wisconsin Dells, Fawn Creek Winery is open year-round and offers daily complimentary tastings. The 7 acres surrounding the winery makes for a beautiful site when the vineyards are covered with snow.
Wollersheim Winery in Prairie du Sac offers hourly tours around their award winning winery. Complimentary tastings of their featured wines as well as paid specialty tastings are available. Come experience this award-winning winery. For all winery tours, you must be 21 to enter and ID is required.
10) Ho-Chunk Casino
Just a short 10-minute drive from downtown Wisconsin Dells, Ho-Chunk Casino has all of the table games, slots, bingo, and off-track betting to keep you entertained for days on end. Besides the Casino, Ho-Chunk also features an on-site hotel, spa, convention center, entertainment, and 5 unique restaurants. You must be 21 to enter casino floor.
Bonus! If you enjoy the outdoors and winter is your favorite season, then you need to check out Cascade Mountain and Christmas Mountain! Different levels of skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing as well as ski and snowboard rentals are available at both ski hills.
If you’d like to try something out of the ordinary, Bigfoot Zipline Tours offer winter zip-lining. Tower to tower, you’ll travel through over 6,000 feet of ziplines at heights ranging from 10 feet to 100 feet off the ground! Your adrenaline will be flowing when you push off the platform during this winter activity.
