Restaurant Of The Week – Wisconsin Brew Pub

NEW to Wisconsin Dells is Wisconsin Brew Pub! Previously Damon’s, Wisconsin Brew Pub proudly highlights all that the great dairyland state has to offer. The overall feel of the restaurant boasts a “casual Wisconsin neighborhood tavern atmosphere” for a dining experience that’s both fun and tasty!

As the atmosphere suggests, you will find little pieces of Wisconsin throughout the interior. If you have time, read the little states on the wall as they feature tidbits of Wisconsin history. Sports fans will love that the top division one schools are represented along the wall by the bar; including of course, the Wisconsin Badgers. Televisions line the entire dining room and bar so you can always catch your favorite game at Wisconsin Brew Pub! Snag the barrel booth if you can for a truly unique dining experience. Also be sure to check out the games! Can you catch a message in a bottle? Take it to the bar for a special prize if you do.

Begin your dining experience with a famous Wisconsin brewed craft beer or one of Wisconsin Brew Pub’s “Custom Wisconsin Cocktails”. Packer and Badger fans will love the “Packer Punch” and “Wisconsin Old Fashioned”! In true Wisconsin fashion, the starters alone are a meal in themselves! Brew Pub specialties include: Nueske’s bacon wrapped potatoes and bacon wrapped Platteville pickles. Bacon, potatoes, AND pickles? Do you even need more in life? As well as a Wisconsin tradition, WPB beer cheese soup, WBC IPA beer with smoked ham and Bavarian pretzel bread. Order the “all for one and one for all” to get a taste of everything! This impressive appetizer is definitely to share and comes with onion straws, cheese curds, buffalo boneless chicken wings, Nueske’s bacon wrapped potatoes, and garlicky tater tots with assorted sauces.

Calling all burger lovers! Wisconsin Brew Pub burgers are to die for! “A half pound of fresh ground USDA choice of beef sirloin flat iron grilled on a toasted brioche bun with your choice of cranberry coleslaw, pub chips, French fries or sweet potatoes fries.” The Brew Pub specialty is the Tailgater Burger (of course) and is not one, but two beer cheeseburgers, a grilled Johnsonville brat, Bush’s buttery baked beans and raw onions. Truly though, you can’t go wrong with this menu of burger perfection.

The Garden Bar has fresh, crisp salad options and there’s always the classic Brew Pub sandwich menu where you’ll find all your favorites. What would a Wisconsin restaurant be without fish? The PBR Beer Tempura menu has your choice of three succulent “Pabst Blue Ribbon batter-fried dishes accompanied by garlic rolls.” The Brew Pub Specials menu is accompanied by garlic rolls as well and includes several dishes featuring if not beer and cheese, then cranberries. If a burger doesn’t sound satisfactory enough, those craving meat can turn to The Butcher Block menu. Brew Pub Specialties on this menu include the Supper Club Sirloin and the Baby Back Ribs.
