Crazy Drinks In The Dells

It’s officially Spring Break season so why not put a spotlight on some of the craziest drinks Wisconsin Dells has to offer! From unique concoctions to cocktails that are almost too pretty to drink, these drinks will ensure you have the best Spring Break yet!

The Volcano at House of Embers – Definitely meant to share, House of Embers’ impressive Volcano is a fantastic start to any group affair. Intended to serve 2-4 people, this volcano is exploding with Barbancourt 5 star 8 year old Haitian Rum, Brandy, pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and Cruzan 151 Rum set on fire in the middle! Once the weather warms up, you can get your volcano on at House of Embers’ beautiful outdoor patio.

Blue Iguana at Alamo – As blue as its name suggests, this drink is much sweeter than any iguana. Matching the blue lighting surrounding the bar and overall western ambience, this drink will cool you off no matter how sweltering the Texas heat may be. Captain Morgan, Blue Curacao, Malibu, Sprite, and orange and cherry garnishes come together for a sweet sensation of a cocktail with a flair of sour! Your taste buds will be singing.

Island Sunset at Pizza Pub – You’ve heard of tasting the rainbow so why not drink the sunset? Vodka, Malibu Rum, Blue Curacao, pineapple and orange juice layer together to create a gorgeous sunset in a glass for a picture worthy moment before the drinking commences. As delicious as it looks, the Island Sunset will whisk you away to a tropical paradise with its looks and taste.

20 oz. Margaritas at Mexicali Rose – These 20 oz. margaritas will be enough to have you dancing the salsa in no time. Choose from traditional fruit infused flavors such as: strawberry, cranberry, melon, lemon-lime, mango, or raspberry. Mexicali Rose also has specialty margaritas called the “Blue Gold” and “Rose’s ‘Cadillac’” as well as premium margaritas made with Patron. With authentic Mexican cuisine, an infectious atmosphere, stunning riverside views, and 20 oz. margaritas, Mexicali Rose is the place to go for a taste of Mexico.

Espresso Martini at Carvelli’s – Talk about a pick me up! Carvelli’s signaure martini combines espresso and alcohol for a delectable martini that will have you ready to go for the night. Made with espresso vodka, real espresso, crème de cocoa, Kahlua, and cocoa powder, the Espresso Martini is practically like a caffeine charged dessert in a glass. There’s nothing quite like sitting at Cavelli’s bar in the summertime watching the traffic and people go by, making Carvelli’s the perfect spot to begin your night downtown.

Be sure to put one or all of these crazy drinks on your Wisconsin Dells spring break bucket list for an awesome kickoff to an unforgettable vacation!
