Enjoy 2 1/2 hours of excitement for both nature lovers and thrill seekers when you strap up for a Bigfoot Zipline Tour! This #1 rated TripAdvisor attraction is an adventure for the whole family that you won’t want to miss! Whether it’s Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall, this guided tour takes you through 7 different towers of varying lengths and heights.
The tour begins when you hop aboard the Bigfoot Bus and take a short 2 minute ride to the Base Training Camp! There, the instructors show you the proper ride techniques as well as the safety and quality of the harness and ropes. Then it’s time for the fun! The first 5 towers take you across land and Sasquatch Lake. Along the way, the guides show you different tricks to do as you’re zipping across the wire. My favorite was called the “Spiderman”. That’s where as you’re gaining speed, you bend your knees, let go of the rope, and drop back as your hands reach toward the ground! The guides show you how to properly perform the “Spiderman” so that you can safely get back to the proper position before you reach the landing! Another fun thing to do on the Zip Lines is to run and jump off the towers and let the rope securely catch you as you start sailing through the air.
The last 2 towers, numbers 6 & 7, are the racing zip lines! Pick a partner and race them from start to finish and see who wins! Listen to your guide count down, 3-2-1, GO! I don’t want to brag, but when I tried it, I won both races! The first of the racing zip lines is the longest in the course at 1,397 ft, a little over 1/4 mile! The last tower in the course is the highest tower, nicknamed “Zipzilla”, and it takes you right back to the beginning of the course.
The next time you’re looking to safely step outside your comfort zone and have fun doing it, look into taking a Bigfoot Zipline Tour with your family, friends, or group! For more information, check out: https://www.dells.com/listing/bigfoot-zipline-tours/
