New Restaurant Expansion, Tapas Menu & Wine Bar High Rock Café will unveil their new expansion on Monday, May 24th at 11AM High Rock Café, located in downtown Wisconsin Dells, will open their doors to an expanded and redesigned restaurant. The contemporary, urban redesign lends itself to the fun and unique menu that High Rock is known for. High Rock will also feature a new late night tapas menu, large wine bar and enhanced dinner menu. The additional space and an expanded kitchen have allowed owners Justin Draper and Wade Bernander to bring another level of dining to Wisconsin Dells with the late night tapas menu. "Our new tapas menu allows guests to try a variety of flavors and small plates, whether for an individual meal or for sharing multiple plates as a group," says executive chef and owner Justin Draper. "We wanted to give people an inviting atmosphere where they can enjoy great food and be able talk over a glass of wine or beer." The new tapas menu features bacon wrapped dates, smoked trout crostini, apricot flat bread and tuna ceviche. Another great addition to the expansion is sommelier, Allan Naparalla. A trained wine professional, Allen will be available to help diners choose from a large variety of European, South American, Australian and domestic wines. As a long time local’s favorite, High Rock will stay true to their roots. Taste of Wisconsin Dells
The festival takes place in Downtown Wisconsin Dells and will feature over twenty local restaurants serving Jamaican, German, Mexican, BBQ and American delicacies. A beer tent including Wisconsin microbrews and a live entertainment stage featuring area bands are also planned. Activities include an antique market, expanded craft show, downtown sidewalk sale, book sale and an antique tractor show.
