Hotel Rome in Mt. Olympus Park

We just got bacck from here. Lat time we were in the Dells we saw this place and thought we'd try it out. The stay was great say for just a few details. The ONLY reason I don't give it a 5 star is because the rooms, although very nice, did not have access to on demand movies or even a dvd player, but the MAIN reason for not a 5 star is the outside water was F R I G I D !!!!! My god....get a water heater. The lazy river was so cold, I couldn't get used to standing in it. Although the water slide water was acceptable...bottom line is WARM UP YOUR WATER!!!! Get me water like the Khalahari has and I'll be back for sure. BTW outdoor theme park was a blask and the Hades rollercoaster is the best I've ever been on, although the 90 degree bank turn can crack a rib if you don't watch out.....I KNOW THIS FOR A FACT, But the ride was STILL worth it!!!!!

I Love Hotel ROME as does my family. It was our first summer last year and we had the most fun. The greatest CUSTOMER SERVICE, the staff were all PLEASANT. We had a blast and we'll be back this summer. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK HOTEL ROME.
