Dells Riverfest - April 2011

Dells Riverfest invites athletes and spectators to celebrate Spring—as soon as the river has melted

Race your kayak in a 2K sprint from BlackhawkIsland to Drinker's Landing or take a more leisurely 5K guided tour around the island. Race your body in a 5K loop from Drinker's Landing through Camp Wawbeek or walk the route at your own pace.

Race your bike in a 30K loop through Adams County or tour it at a slower pace. The hardiest athletes may do all three in a staggered-start triathlon. Teams of two or three racers are also welcome to compete in the triathlon. A registration link can be found at our website http://www.dellsstewards.org/riverfest.

Spectators will have an opportunity to participate in beginner kayak clinics (boats provided), race a minnow, and explore kayak and
bike choices with vendors on the festival grounds at Drinker's Landing —onRiver Road two blocks north of Broadway in the Dells. Dells Riverfest is sponsored by the Stewards of the Dells of the Wisconsin River. http://www.dellsstewards.org
