Wisconsin Dells Flake Out Festival January 23-24, 2010. The event has moved to a new location near Buffalo Phil's Pizza & Grille. In addition to the always amazing snow sculptures created at the festival as part of the sanctioned Wisconsin State Snow Sculpting competition and the ever-popular arts and crafts fair, visitors will find a whole flurry of new activities for a full day of family fun.
