Wisconsin Dells Flake Out Festival January, 2011. The event has moved to a new location near Buffalo Phil's Pizza & Grille. In addition to the always amazing snow sculptures created at the festival as part of the sanctioned Wisconsin State Snow Sculpting competition and the ever-popular arts and crafts fair, visitors will find a whole flurry of new activities for a full day of family fun.
