We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, money orders, traveler's checks, and even cash. Personal checks are accepted for deposit only on reservations made 3 weeks in advance, but not for the balance. No checks accepted in the office. |

Your reservation will be for the total amount of people (including all children) confirmed. Extra people will not be allowed unless prior arrangements are made with us. |

After we have accepted your reservation, please do not assume that you may bring extra persons without checking with us in advance. We must adhere to fire and safety rulings that have pre-determined the number of persons in the unit. Not guests allowed. |

....Cancellation Policy |
Deposits are only refunded when the unit you requested is re-rented for the entire time you reserved it. There will be a $25 service charge on all cancellations. No Refunds due to inclement weather or early departure. |
