Use of Personal Information:
Dells.com is the sole owner of the information collected on www.dells.com. Dells.com collects information from our users at several different points on our website through cookies, log files, and/or third parties to create a profile of our users. To protect your privacy, dells.com does not sell or trade personally identifiable information that visitors voluntarily provide in any registration or contest submission. Entries will not be returned. The odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone, email or mail. Liability is disclaimed arising in any way or in connection with this contest, acceptance or use of this prize, or any travel in connection therewith. All disputes arising out of or connected with the contest be brought only in the Circuit Court of Sauk County, Wisconsin and such disputes and this contest shall be governed by Wisconsin law, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law, rules or provisions. Each entrant submits to the sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction of such court and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction. Any claim, judgment, or award arising out of dispute or litigation hereunder, by or in favor of an entrant shall be limited to actual out of pocket cost incurred, but in no event attorneys fees, and no claim for punitive, incidental or consequential damages shall be allowed. This contest is sponsored by Ad-Lit, Inc. Each winner is solely responsible for any cost and expenses to claim and use their prize. In the event this contest is compromised by any cause beyond the reasonable control of Ad-Lit, Inc. which impairs the proper operation of the contest, Ad-Lit, Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the contest.

Security:
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and off-line. All of our users' information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. The servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment, in a locked facility.
