- Advance deposit policy: Deposit of first nights lodging must be paid 10 days from date reservation was made on each room.
- Personal checks accepted only if received 3 weeks prior to arrival
- $50.00 security deposit required with all large bill cash transactions
- No checks accepted in office without credit card or driver's license
- Credit cards accepted: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa
- Pets are not allowed
- All suites have free WI-FI, refrigerators, coffee maker, blow dryer, iron and ironing board, microwaves, remote TV's and telephones

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
* 72 hours prior to arrival date to receive refund (early checkouts are subject
to same policy)
* No refund will be made for unused portion once any segment is used
* A $10.00 handling charge will be deducted from ALL deposits prior to refund.
